Dollar Tree inspiration

I was cruising around the Dollar Tree today and I took a stroll down the aisle of patriotic things to see if there was anything I could use on a card.  I've bought wide patriotic ribbon there before to use for AnyHero cards.  Unfortunately, the ribbon they had this time was contaminated with glitter and that's not good for our heroes' safety. 

I did spot a bag of these maze games in a bag of 8 for $1.  They're definitely too thick for letter mail, but I thought they would be cool on AnyHero cards.   I don't know if I can send them to OWH or not because of copyright rules, so once I check on that, I'll write them up.  My box is getting fuller and fuller and I need to make sure I include 5% or more hero mail for the next challenge.  I'm a bit behind in writing it, but I figured these cards would be a good start.  If I can't use them for Hero Mail, I'll swap out the sentiment for a 4th of July one and send them to my own friends.  In padded envelopes.  :)

Quick tip: storage

Hi everyone, 
I just wanted to share a quick storage tip today.  I love dimensional foam, but I can't stand it when it gets covered with lint.  Thank goodness I don't have any furry pets, or I'd really be going crazy! 

I don't buy the gigantic roll that Sandy's shown on OWHtv several times.  I found some thin, economical foam tape at Big Lots for $1.50.  The roll is about 4 inches in diameter.  To store the roll, I pop it in this Laughing Cow cheese container.  It's the right size and it keeps the tape tidy. 

My tape won't moove out of sight in this container! 

If you're looking for the Big Lots foam tape, I originally found it in the craft section in one store.  When I visited another location, it was in the hardware aisle.  The package is yellow, teal, and purple.  The roll pictured is partially used, so what you would buy is a good bit larger.
