D's one!
My cousin's son turns 1 on Wednesday. I made this colorful card to send to him. The cake is made from .75" strips of washi from Target. The longest is 3" and each is .5" shorter than the one below it. All are mounted on strips of cardstock, not just stuck to the card base.
