Here are a few cards I put together while cleaning up some scraps from my desk. The first card is my entry for this month's ODBD challenge which asks us to use stripes. That penguin's little pudgy belly just makes me smile!
EDIT 3/9/14: Thanks, Operation Write Home for choosing this card to be sketch #215! |
Have a great Sunday! I'm back to work tomorrow after a lovely extended Christmas break.

Oh I love that penguin card! who makes the sentiment? I really like the font.
ReplyDeleteThanks Jen! That stamp's one of my absolute favorites too because of the font. Unfortunately, it will be hard to find because it was a Studio G/Katie & Co wood-mounted stamp and it's dated 2010. If you ever want me to stamp some for you, let me know.
DeleteWelcome back to card making! Missed you. I like to CASE cards when I'm feeling mojoless. All your new cards are just wonderful, really love the little penguin, soooo cute! Is it a die cut of some sort? Thanks for sharing
ReplyDeleteThanks Cheryl! It's nice to be missed. :) The penguin is a Cuttlekids die. I use it in my regular Cuttlebug. Here it is on Amazon, though I think $10 is too high a price for one die cut! http://www.amazon.com/Provo-Craft-62-0018-Cuttlekids-Dies-Penguin/dp/B00168570I I bought mine at Big Lots some time ago.
ReplyDeleteThat penguin is adorable with his little belly. I like how the embossing looks like water bubbles.
