OWH Sketch #90

There were some lovely sample cards by Pam T. on the OWH Stars and Stamps blog today. I love Pam's style and often find myself CASEing her cards or trying to mimic her style when I make cards.

The card I made uses K & Co patterned papers and JoAnn cardstock for the solids. The brads are from Cloud 9. I need to play with this sketch more because I don't love it yet. It might just be my paper selection.

Cards shipped to OWH (as of 9/12/11): 1325

  1. Kathryn, You card is outstanding in my book. I love your paper selection. I have that same KandCo. paper pack and I LOVE it. I think the papers are so rich and elegant looking, which is just how your card turned out: rich and elegant. Thanks for sharing.

  2. I love the cardinal and I like your paper choice. I too look at Pam's cards and try to mimic her great work -- and I do that with your cards too. Have a great day!

  5. Kathryn...maybe if you flipped the papers you would like your card better however I love that the cardinal is looking up where the sentiment is. This is a great take on the sketch!
