I've amassed a large collection of embossing folders over the past two years. The majority are the A2 size that emboss an entire card front. I have so many that it takes a bit of time to flip through them and find the one I want. I recently decided I needed a method to organize them further. I took a permanent marker and wrote the name of the folder on the front of the folder in an inconspicuous place. I like to be able to list the style on my blog but I rarely remember. This will help. I store my folders in a small plastic crate meant to hold CDs or DVDs ($1-$1.50 at dollar stores and big box stores). I'm going to make dividers for themes: floral, geometric (polka dots, stripes, plaids), characters (Disney), text, love, Christmas, stars, and other. I suspect this bit of organization will halve the time I spend looking for a folder. :)
Cards shipped to OWH in 2012: none thus far, but my box is filling up nicely!
