Happy Father's Day

I just wanted to share a few of the cards I made on Friday night at the crop I had with my friends.  We get together monthly (or really bimonthly at this point due to busy schedules) and scrapbook.  I've been into cards for the last year or so and haven't kept up with scrapping as much.  These cards will be going to Operation Write Home for their Muscle Card challenge.

These cards are pretty simple as all my guy cards tend to be.  Also, when crafting with friends, I don't go overboard with design elements or tools.  I don't have the space to spread out when four or five of us are sharing a kitchen table, so I tend to limit the supplies I use on those nights.  The first and last cards have papers from American Crafts.  The middle card is DCWV Rockstar stack.  The top stamp is by Hampton Art and the bottom two are Studio G.

Thanks for stopping by.  Are you planning to send cards for the Muscle Card challenge?  What's your goal?  I hope to send at least 100 cards (so 50 masculine or Father's Day and 50 general themes).

  2. Kathryn, Three great cards for guys. That sentiment is just so true or at least it was for me. Love the papers you used for all three cards. Keep up the great work. You will make a lot of Dads happy and proud.
