January's ODBD challenge is to use dry embossing. I used the Cuttlebug Swiss Dots folder on the background and used some brown cardstock that came pre-embossed with stripes when I made this love card.
Each month, ODBD sponsors the cost of shipping two boxes of cards to our heroes if we are able to post 50 cards meeting the monthly challenge. Please support Our Daily Bread Designs as they are so generous in their support of our heroes. I recently got my first sets of stamps from them and I can tell you the stamps are high quality cling mounted (purple!) rubber and the shipping was prompt. :)

ReplyDeleteVery nice card! Love the bold colors and how you used the striped patterned paper. I always struggle with designs like that. Great card for this month's ODBD card challenge.

ReplyDeleteThis would be a great masculine love card! Super design.
ReplyDeleteKathryn,
ReplyDeletethank you so much for your support of OWH. The swiss dot is one of my favorite folders to use. I do love the color combination. I never would have thought of them myself.
Thank for joining the challenge and being the first to post.
Marianne
I wouldn't have thought of that color combo, but I will certainly keep it in mine for the future. Love It.
