I started this card around Christmas when I was visiting my parents but I waited to finish it until today when I found my package of tags. This is
OWH Sketch #148.
I used papers from the Arctic Wishes mat stack, a Fiskars border punch, and a Cuttlebug snowflake embossing folder. A little ink, a few embellishments, and the card was finished.
